Our special plums ripen slowly under the gentle sun of late summer. Each fruit is carefully selected, preserving the natural aroma and the essence of the place. Patiently distilled, the pálinka reveals a deep, balanced flavor, with intense fruity notes and an elegant finish that lingers in memory. Best savored slowly, giving time to enjoy every aroma.

We recommend dark chocolate, because it provides depth and highlights the plum’s character.
